Stupid easy way to do this…

Move the font to your desktop (not a shortcut, the whole file)
Locate your main “Fonts” folder (search for it dummy) and right-click it. Click “install new font”

Find the font on your desktop through the installer (Should be the first and only thing to pop up) All you should have to do is click install, close and open word/notepad.

Drag and drop x1000 didn’t work for me either.

Thank you, Wormwood. I got APC on my leg a long time ago in these runes and had to cover up it’s sketchiness with a fat lateralus eye so this font will help me get redemption.

F*** YES! I HAVE BEEN STRUGGLING TO MAKE THIS FONT IN MANY FONT CREATORS BUT FAIL TO MAKE IT LOOK AS GOOD AS THE ORIGINAL…I SAT AND DECRYPTED THE WHOLE ALBUM TO LEARN THIS ALPHABET! THANK YOU SOOOO MUCH FOR THIS DOWNLOAD!
